Summer of Brahms 2019
The New Hollywood String Quartet and Restoration Concert Series proudly presented, for the first time ever, ALL 25 instrumental chamber music works of Johannes Brahms in a series of eight consecutive sold out concerts from Sunday, July 7th through Sunday, July 14th 2019. The NHSQ performed with some of the world’s most renowned chamber musicians. These wonderful guest artists have been electrifying audiences for decades and we were thrilled to have them join us.

At its core, the Festival was about bringing our friends and colleagues together from around the world to perform the music that inspired us as young musicians to pursue a career in chamber music. We enjoyed inviting our audience to join us on this amazing journey and share in the exquisite beauty and wonder of one of the greatest composers of all time — Johannes Brahms.
